To all our current and past clients – THANK YOU! We have been in business for the past 34 years while sharing all the ups and downs the real estate market has thrown at us. While we would love to stay working with you forever, we have decided to close our doors because Rich Paddock has decided to retire! Jack and Tamara Paddock retired in 2021 and it looks so good that Rich has decided to retire as well.
We’ve enjoyed working with all of you and we don’t have words sufficient to thank you. Whether you were a client, a broker/agent, an attorney, or a fellow appraiser, we have enjoyed every minute of our interactions with each and every one of you.
Going forward, Rich Paddock will be off to new adventures!
Jeanine Kraus has accepted a new challenge as Chief Appraiser with Bank of Stockton. She remains active in the valuation space in that capacity and remains committed to supporting the profession through her involvement with the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
